Our Review:

We really loved this movie. It is full of history and they manage to tie everything up into a lovely story about the building of the Salt Lake TempleĀ and everything that surrounded it. One of the best films that we have seen in regard to Church Distributed films. It is well worth it to own this on DVD for your home too! The film is going to invite the spirit into your home and allow for you to come closer to your Father in Heaven. Every LDS member needs to have this in their home. It is a part of history and not to mention, it is rather good. You can share this with friends and family and allow for them to understand more why you believe in something so strongly. This was well done despite its age. The acting is great and you really believe the characters. Mountain of the Lord focuses on the facts and also uses a little bit of their imagination as to what the characters at the time talked about. There is everything you need from a film. The church did a great job with this one and the acting picks were great.
