Our Review:

This one was a weird one for us, but the message is strong. The trial of the men responsible for the murder of Joseph Smith and his brother was interesting. You really get a sense of the craziness there was at that time in 1844. There are parts in this where you are going to want to stop watching, but if you push through it, you are going to enjoy the rest. The movie is not a blockbuster play, but it is one that is going to give you more information where you are going to be happy that you saw it. There are many reasons why this movie is viewed as something that is not worth watching, but it is the message that counts.
